Return & Refund Policy - Diaracosmetic

At Diaracosmetic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

📦 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received them
• In the original packaging
• Sealed (for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened cosmetic products)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used cosmetic products
• Products with broken seals
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at diaratou@diaracosmetic.com.

📮 How to Return

Step 1: Contact us at diaratou@diaracosmetic.com with your order number and reason for return
Step 2: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions
Step 3: Pack your items securely in the original packaging
Step 4: Ship to the address provided (you are responsible for return shipping costs)
Step 5: Once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

🚨 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at diaratou@diaracosmetic.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no cost to you, including return shipping.
